Phil is a co-founder and president of Florida Title & Escrow Professionals. He has been a practicing attorney in all areas of real estate law for over 24 years, and has been instrumental in closing thousands of commercial and residential properties. Besides his involvement with Florida Title & Escrow Professionals, Phil has played a key role in Yale Mortgage Corporation, which has closed over $1 billion in mortgages. Phil is also an owner of Yale Real Estate, which has sold hundreds of properties. He has built a solid foundation of clientele worldwide, and has established a broad, life-long network in the state of Florida. One of Phil's favorite pastimes is fishing with his kids, on their boat "Reef-I"!

Alicia has been a long time member of the Florida Title & Escrow Professionals' team. For over eleven years, she played an essential role in Yale Mortgage Corporation as Director of the Wholesale Lending Division and a Board of Directors member. She was also responsible for the training and overseeing of skilled Account Executives, Regional Sales Manager and Supervisors of the in-house sales support teams.
Alicia brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, management, mortgages and business development. Presently she acts as Director of Business Development for Florida Title & Escrow Professionals. Not only does she bring extensive education and experience, she is also a loyal, dedicated worker with boundless energy and an exceptional knack for organization.
Alicia moved to Boca Raton, Florida, with her native New York vitality intact. Not only has she established herself as an entrepreneur and a vastly knowledgeable professional, she is also very involved with many organizations, including past president in 2002-2003, 2012-2013 and current Board of Directors member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, Broward Chapter.
Iliana Acosta, Attorney
Iliana
Acosta is an attorney admitted to the Florida Bar with a foundation in real estate
title work and civil litigation. She earned her J.D. from New England
Law | Boston, where she concentrated in Business Law and Litigation and
received a CALI Award in Modern Real Estate Transactions. During law
school, Iliana served on the executive board of student organizations,
further developing her leadership skills and commitment to professional
engagement. Prior to law school, she founded the Undergraduate Law
Review at Florida State University. Iliana brings a detail-oriented,
professional, and client-focused approach to supporting smooth real
estate transactions and closings.
